Here we have a very good quality French 8 day 3 dial mantle clock in a slate case. The movement having visible escapement with steel pallets strikes the hours & halfs to a sweet sounding bell, marked on the backplate HP &co with 2577 within an elongated diamond, a serial number of 15394 which is also on the pendulum. The two piece enamel dial behind the bezel with thick flat bevelled glass is 5.25" in diameter. The clock benefits from having a barometer & thermometer as well, both functioning correctly & 2.75" in diameter with porcelain dials. The case in very good condition has a slight blemish front left on top of the bottom step so to speak, other than this in good order. A nice green malachite panel to the front sets it off nicely, the hands have been replaced with the correct style for this clock. Fully restored & in perfect working order over the 8 day duration. A super looking clock fit for any clock collection.  Comes with key for winding & a brocot key for time adjustment. Dimensions are;- height 11" x width 18.25" x depth 5.5"...

   This is a very nice late Victorian C.1880 oak wall clock of 8 day duration, having a chain fusee movement  completely stripped & overhauled. It retains the original pendulum & hands, with a replaced brass bezel to the front with flat glass. The original 12" steel  dial has been professionally repainted with the retailers/makers name Harrison & son Darlington. The case of dark oak has been cleaned & polished, the side door for pendulum access with a bottom door with a replaced brass lock & key. Four wood pegs hold the front surround to the back box.

Overall a very nice clock with a fusee movement keeping excellent time over the week duration.

  A nice quality French mantle clock in a slate case having grey marble inserts. The movement with visible escapement of 8 day duration has been fully serviced & keeping very good time over the duration. The two piece enamel dial has some very slight chipping over the right hand winder & a hairline crack by the left winder, the chapter dial has a small hairline also, they are minor but have to be mentioned for clarity, nevertheless a fine clock Striking the hours & half hours to a coiled gong. The case is in very good condition overall with a slight chip bottom rear, cant be seen from the front. The decoration retains its original gilt paint.

A good  German  wall clock in an oak case having all original fittings. The movement of 8 day duration by the very well known maker Junghans strikes the hours & half hours to a coiled gong. The silvered dial in excellent original condition with Arabic numbers, original hands also. The pendulum with silvered 4.5"  bob with a wood rod. A pressed brass beat plaque within the case. Movement has been serviced & in excellent running order keeping very good time over the duration. Dimensions are;-height 29" x width 13" x depth 7".

   An Edwardian 8 day timepiece mantle clock with the original platform escapement, nice original enamel dial behind the curved bevelled glass with the original hands. The mahogany veneered case with a flame mahogany veneered panel to the front with boxwood stringing. Good brass ball feet with a caddy handle to the top, very nice little clock keeping good time over the duration.

  Here we have a very nice French striking carriage Clock, the movement of 8 day duration sounding the hours & halfs on a coiled steel gong.  The silvered lever platform escapement keeping excellent time over the period, good enamel dial with very slight crazing on the top left but not visible when viewing the clock. Five bevelled glass panels with the rear door panel having some damage to the right hand bottom corner, nothing major but has to be mentioned. The blued steel spade hands with the minute hand being a replacement. Very good condition overall keeping excellent time & displaying well.

A rare size French slate mantle clock standing at a little under 10" with the fixed raised handle. The 2.25" silvered dial with Roman & Arabic numerals is in beautiful almost mint condition with E SERMON TORQUAY just under the twelve, good original blued steel hands with a good quality cast brass bezel with flat bevelled glass. The timepiece movement of 8 day duration is just 2.25" in diameter with the original tiny lever platform escapement a serial number of 1861 stamped to the backplate.

The case of slate with brass columns and finials standing on 4 stepped feet, it is in good condition for its age with a repair to the case top rear left looking at the back of the clock. A few very tiny chips on the outer edges, nothing significant. Super small clock keeping excellent time over the duration, comes with a key to wind.

 A good 8 day English ships bulkhead clock by Smiths in a nickel plated brass case. The movement with its original lever platform escapement has been fully overhauled & keeping excellent time over the duration. The 7" dial numerals are a little faded behind the heavy flat bevelled glass. Overall case diameter is 9".

 A very nice drop dial wall clock in a mahogany case with lovely veneering to the front having an 8 day line fusee movement fully restored & keeping excellent time over the duration. The flat 12" dial with the makers name Storz Taunton C.1861 has been professionally repainted to a very high standard, it has a cast brass bezel with flat glass. The case with replaced side ornaments with two side doors & an access door at the bottom, a pendulum viewing aperture with a cast brass frame. original pendulum & comes with a key to wind.
